- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.
- Gradually stir in the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses until well integrated.
- Add in the diced green onions, diced bell peppers, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, and mix until combined.
- Transfer the dip mixture to a medium-sized baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes until the top is golden brown and bubbling.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving with tortilla chips or crackers.
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute Greek yogurt for mayonnaise. Keep an eye on baking to achieve a bubbly consistency with a golden crust.
