- Gather Your Ingredients: Begin by gathering all listed ingredients on a clean countertop for easier assembly.
- Prepare the Rolls: Slice the mini baguettes or rolls in half horizontally. You can toast them slightly for extra crunch.
- Spread the Condiments: Using a butter knife, spread mayonnaise on one side of each roll and mustard on the other half.
- Layer the Fillings: Start with the lettuce, followed by your chosen lunch meat, cheese, tomato slices, and pickles. Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.
- Cover & Assemble: Place the top half of the roll back on and gently press down to hold everything together. Repeat for all sandwiches.
