Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease a muffin tin with butter or oil.
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and milk until well combined. Add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix in the cheese, diced vegetables, and any Halal-friendly protein you’ve chosen.
- Pour the mixture into the greased muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let them cool slightly before removing from the tin.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
You can mix and match ingredients. Avoid overfilling the muffin cups to prevent mess. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days or freeze for long storage.
