Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the entire set of Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally without separating them, and place the bottom half in a greased baking dish.
- Evenly distribute the shredded cheese over the bottom half of the rolls.
- If using garlic powder and parsley, mix them with the softened butter, and spread this mixture over the top half of the rolls.
- Place the top half of the rolls back onto the cheese layer.
- Brush any remaining butter mixture on the top of the assembled rolls.
- Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.
- Once done, let them cool for a couple of minutes, then slice and serve while warm.
Notes
For storage, place any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes until heated through. Feel free to experiment with toppings like cooked vegetables or deli meats.
