  • 1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup cooked chicken, crumbled (for Halal compliance) Can be omitted for vegetarian option.
  • 1/4 cup almonds or walnuts, chopped Pecans or cashews can be used as alternatives.
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • Crackers or pretzels for serving

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and shredded cheese. Use a fork or mixer until blended and creamy.
  2. Stir in the finely chopped green onions, crumbled chicken, chopped nuts, garlic powder, onion powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix until thoroughly combined.
  3. Use your hands to roll the mixture into small bite-sized balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes to firm them up.
  5. Once chilled, serve these Mini Cheeseball Bites with your favorite crackers or pretzels for a delightful snack.
