Preparation
- Preheat your grill or non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Take the mini beef hotdogs out of the package and place them on a plate for easy access.
Cooking
- Place the hotdogs on the grill or in the skillet. Cook them for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally until golden brown and heated through.
- At the 5-minute mark, slice the mini hotdog buns partially down the center to create an opening for the hotdogs.
Assembly
- Once the hotdogs are ready, carefully place them inside the buns.
- Drizzle with your choice of mustard, ketchup, onions, and relish.
- Plate them up and serve.
Notes
Use Halal beef for dietary compliance. Keep an eye on hotdogs to achieve crispy outsides and juicy insides. Toast the buns for extra texture. Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 3 months; reheat in the oven or air fryer.
