Ingredients
  

For the Beef Mixture
  • 1 pound ground beef Use high-quality, halal-certified ground beef.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper
For Assembly
  • 6 pieces slider buns
  • Sliced cheese (e.g., cheddar or American) Use your preferred cheese variety.
  • to taste Pickles
  • to taste Ketchup (optional)
  • to taste Mustard (optional)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix gently to avoid overworking the meat.
  3. Scoop a tablespoon of the meat mixture and shape it into small patties, approximately 2 inches in diameter. Lay them out on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Cooking
  1. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until the patties are browned and fully cooked.
  2. In the last 2 minutes of baking, add a slice of cheese to each patty and return to the oven until melted.
Assembly
  1. Remove the patties from the oven. Place each patty on a slider bun, add pickles, and drizzle with ketchup and mustard as desired.
  2. Close the sliders and serve warm.

Notes

Top tips: Use high-quality meat, don't overmix, customize toppings, adjust cooking time for well-done sliders. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
