Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix gently to avoid overworking the meat.
- Scoop a tablespoon of the meat mixture and shape it into small patties, approximately 2 inches in diameter. Lay them out on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Cooking
- Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until the patties are browned and fully cooked.
- In the last 2 minutes of baking, add a slice of cheese to each patty and return to the oven until melted.
Assembly
- Remove the patties from the oven. Place each patty on a slider bun, add pickles, and drizzle with ketchup and mustard as desired.
- Close the sliders and serve warm.
Notes
Top tips: Use high-quality meat, don't overmix, customize toppings, adjust cooking time for well-done sliders. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
