  • 2 cups watermelon, diced
  • 2 cups pineapple, diced
  • 2 cups mango, diced
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1 cup jicama, diced
Seasoning and garnish
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder Adjust according to spice preference.
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh mint leaves For garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash all your fruits and vegetables thoroughly.
  2. Dice the watermelon, pineapple, mango, cucumber, and jicama into bite-sized pieces.
Mixing
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced watermelon, pineapple, mango, cucumber, and jicama.
  2. Drizzle lime juice over the fruit mixture and sprinkle with chili powder and salt.
  3. Gently toss everything together using a large spoon, being careful not to squish the fruits.
Garnishing
  1. Garnish with fresh mint leaves on top for color and enhanced freshness.
Serving
