Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1 wheel wheel of Brie cheese (about 8 ounces)
  • 1 cup cranberries (fresh or dried, halved if using fresh)
  • ½ cup pecans (roughly chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme (or ½ teaspoon dried thyme)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place the wheel of Brie cheese in a small baking dish or on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cranberries, pecans, honey, olive oil, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix well until incorporated.
  4. Generously spoon the cranberry and pecan mixture over the top of the Brie, spreading it evenly.
Baking
  1. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 15 to 20 minutes, or until the Brie is perfectly melted but still holds its shape.
  2. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Serve warm with your favorite crackers or sliced bread for dipping.

Notes

Feel free to substitute pecans with walnuts or try other toppings such as fig jam or apple slices for added sweetness. Avoid overbaking to maintain ideal texture.
