  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper, sliced
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper, sliced
  • 1 Medium Onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Fresh Parsley, for garnish
  • Feta Cheese, crumbled (optional)

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.
  3. Toss in the chopped onion, red and green bell peppers, and garlic. Stir-fry for an additional 3-5 minutes until the veggies are tender.
  4. Sprinkle in the oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper, stirring well to combine everything.
  5. Reduce heat to low and let it simmer for another 2-3 minutes to meld the flavors.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and feta cheese if desired. Enjoy your delicious stir fry!

Notes

Feel free to experiment with a mix of vegetables like zucchini, carrots, or spinach. Adding a splash of fresh lemon juice before serving can enhance the flavors.
