Preparation
- Begin by washing and chopping all your vegetables. Dice the onion, slice the bell peppers, and cube the zucchini.
- In a large skillet, heat about 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat.
Cooking
- Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Use a spatula to break it apart as it cooks.
- Stir in the diced onion and minced garlic. Cook until the onion is translucent, around 2-3 minutes.
- Add the bell peppers and zucchini to the pan. Stir everything together and sauté for an additional 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle in the dried oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well and allow to sauté for another 2-3 minutes.
- Once everything is cooked to your liking, remove the skillet from heat. Garnish with fresh parsley and crumbled feta cheese before serving.
