Ingredients

  • 125 g yogurt
  • 200 g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 200 g flour
  • 5 g baking powder
  • 5 g baking soda
  • 125 cc sunflower oil
  • 10 g bitter cocoa

Instructions

  • Preheat Your Oven: Start by preheating your oven to 180°C (350°F) so it’s hot and ready for your pudding.
  • Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine yogurt, sugar, and eggs. Whisk them well until you achieve a smooth mixture.
  • Combine Dry Ingredients: In another bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and baking soda. This ensures even distribution when combined.
  • Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients: Gradually pour the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, stirring continuously until you have a smooth batter.
  • Divide the Batter: Divide the batter in half; keep one part as is and mix the cocoa powder into the other half.
  • Create the Marble Effect: Grease a baking dish and pour both batters into it, alternating the layers. Use a knife to swirl the batters together gently.
  • Bake the Pudding: Place the baking dish in the oven and bake for 30-40 minutes. Check with a toothpick to see if it comes out clean—this indicates it's done.
  • Cool and Serve: After baking, allow your Marble Pudding to cool before slicing. Serve it on its own or with your favorite toppings!
