Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Rinse the Brussels sprouts under cold water and trim off any tough ends. Cut them in half to ensure even cooking.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Toss the halved Brussels sprouts in the glaze, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  5. Spread the glazed sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet, cut side down for maximum caramelization.
Cooking
  1. Roast for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the sprouts are golden brown and tender.
  2. Remove from the oven, let cool for a minute, and serve warm.
