Preparation
  1. Start by peeling and dicing your ripe mangoes. Make sure they are soft and sweet for the best flavor.
Blending
  1. In your blender, combine the diced mangoes, yogurt, and milk. If using honey, add that as well. Toss in a few ice cubes for a wonderfully chilled smoothie.
  2. Blend the mixture until smooth. You might need to stop and scrape down the sides to ensure everything is evenly combined.
  3. Give your smoothie a quick taste. If you prefer more sweetness, add a bit more honey and blend again.
  4. Pour the Mango Smoothie into tall glasses and enjoy immediately.

Notes

For variations, consider adding toppings like chopped nuts or shredded coconut. Smoothies can be stored for up to 24 hours in a sealed container in the refrigerator.
