Method
 

Preparation
  1. Rinse all your fresh produce thoroughly.
  2. Dice the mangos into bite-sized pieces, making sure to remove the pit.
  3. Cut the red onion finely and mince the jalapeño, ensuring to remove the seeds for milder salsa.
Mixing
  1. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the diced mangos, red onion, minced jalapeño, and chopped cilantro.
  2. Squeeze the juice of one lime over the mixture to add flavor and brightness.
  3. Sprinkle salt over the mixture to taste, starting with a little and adding more if necessary.
  4. Gently fold the ingredients together with a spatula, being careful not to mash the mango too much.
  5. Taste your salsa before serving and adjust the salt or lime juice based on your preference.
Serving

Notes

For substitutions, ripe mangos can be replaced with peaches or pineapples. Prepare close to serving time for the freshest taste. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for about 2-3 days.
