- Start by peeling the mangoes. Dice them into small pieces, ensuring you remove any seed remnants.
- In a blender, combine the diced mangoes, fresh mint leaves, and cold water (or soda water if you prefer a fizzy drink). If you like it sweeter, add honey or sugar at this stage.
- Blend the mixture until it’s smooth and well combined, aiming for a thick consistency.
- Pour the Mango Mint mixture into serving glasses over a generous amount of ice cubes. Garnish with a sprig of mint or a slice of mango on the rim of the glass.
- Stir gently and take a sip of your refreshing creation!
Notes
Best enjoyed fresh. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. If it thickens, add a splash of cold water or soda before serving.
