  • 2 pieces ripe mangoes, peeled and diced Use Ataulfo or Haden mangoes for best flavor.
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves Alternatively, use a few drops of mint extract.
  • 2 cups cold water or soda water Soda water adds a fizzy twist.
  • 1 tablespoon honey or sugar (optional) Adjust sweetness to taste.
  • as needed cubes Ice For serving.

Preparation
  1. Start by peeling the mangoes. Dice them into small pieces, ensuring you remove any seed remnants.
  2. In a blender, combine the diced mangoes, fresh mint leaves, and cold water (or soda water if you prefer a fizzy drink). If you like it sweeter, add honey or sugar at this stage.
  3. Blend the mixture until it’s smooth and well combined, aiming for a thick consistency.
  4. Pour the Mango Mint mixture into serving glasses over a generous amount of ice cubes. Garnish with a sprig of mint or a slice of mango on the rim of the glass.
  5. Stir gently and take a sip of your refreshing creation!

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. If it thickens, add a splash of cold water or soda before serving.
