Preparation
- Brew 1 cup of black tea. Once it reaches your preferred strength, let it cool to room temperature.
- While the tea cools, peel and dice the ripe mango.
Blending
- In a blender, add the diced mango, cooled black tea, milk, and sugar. Blend until smooth and taste to adjust sweetness.
Serving
- Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour the mango mixture over the ice.
- For added fun, optionally add cooked tapioca pearls or your choice of toppings.
Garnishing
- Get creative and garnish with a slice of mango or a sprig of mint.
Notes
Store leftover Mango Milk Tea in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two days. To reheat, use low heat; avoid boiling.
