Main Ingredients
  • 1 piece ripe mango (peeled and diced) Use fresh, juicy mangoes for rich flavor.
  • 1 cup black tea (brewed and cooled) Brew to your preferred strength.
  • 1/2 cup milk Regular, almond, or coconut milk can be used.
  • 2 tablespoons sugar Adjust to taste.

Optional Toppings
  • as desired tapioca pearls Add for a fun texture.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Brew 1 cup of black tea. Once it reaches your preferred strength, let it cool to room temperature.
  2. While the tea cools, peel and dice the ripe mango.
Blending
  1. In a blender, add the diced mango, cooled black tea, milk, and sugar. Blend until smooth and taste to adjust sweetness.
Serving
  1. Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour the mango mixture over the ice.
  2. For added fun, optionally add cooked tapioca pearls or your choice of toppings.
Garnishing
  1. Get creative and garnish with a slice of mango or a sprig of mint.

Notes

Store leftover Mango Milk Tea in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two days. To reheat, use low heat; avoid boiling.
