  1. Start by peeling and dicing the ripe mangoes.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced mangoes and sweetened condensed milk. Stir gently to coat the mangoes evenly.
  3. Carefully fold in the whipped cream to the mango mixture to maintain fluffiness.
  4. Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness by adding sugar if desired and stir in vanilla extract.
  5. Pour the mixture into a serving dish and refrigerate for at least an hour to let flavors meld.
  6. Serve chilled, topped with shredded coconut or a drizzle of lime juice for a tropical twist.

Notes

Choose ripe mangoes for best flavor. Chill longer for better flavor. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
