Ingredients
  

Salad Base
  • 6 cups mixed greens Fresh mixed greens are preferred.
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved Adds sweetness and color.
  • 1 cucumber diced Crunchy texture.
  • 1 cup radishes, sliced Adds a peppery flavor.
  • 1 carrot shredded For extra crunch and color.
  • 1/2 red onion thinly sliced For flavor.
  • 1 avocado diced Brings creaminess.
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled Adds a tangy flavor.
Dressing
  • 1/4 cup olive oil Base for the dressing.
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar Adds acidity.
  • to taste Salt and pepper Adjust as desired.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Rinse the mixed greens and pat them dry. Place them in a large salad bowl as the base.
  2. Dice the cucumber, halve the cherry tomatoes, slice the radishes, shred the carrot, and thinly slice the red onion.
  3. Carefully place the chopped vegetables on top of the mixed greens, followed by the diced avocado and crumbled feta cheese.
Making the Dressing
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Serving
  1. Drizzle the dressing over the salad just before serving and toss gently to combine all the ingredients.
