- Brew jasmine tea for about 5 minutes for a rich flavor.
- In a large pitcher, combine brewed jasmine tea, lychee juice, and water. Stir gently.
- Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the tea mixture over the ice. Garnish with fresh lychee fruits and mint leaves if desired.
- Chill the drink in the refrigerator for about 10-15 minutes before serving.
Notes
Substitutions include using green tea instead of jasmine or replacing lychee juice with peach or mango juice. Best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored for up to 3 days in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
