Ingredients

Dip Base
  • 1 cup low-fat yogurt
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
Vegetables for Dipping
  • assorted fresh vegetables (carrots, celery, bell peppers, etc.) Wash and chop into bite-sized pieces.

Method

Preparation
  1. Gather your fresh veggies and chop them into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the low-fat yogurt and sour cream, stirring until fully blended.
  3. Add the ranch seasoning to the yogurt-sour cream mixture and stir vigorously to ensure even distribution.
  4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid and refrigerate for about 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
  5. After chilling, pour the dip into a serving bowl and arrange the chopped veggies around it.

Notes

For added flavor, you can mix in chopped chives, green onions, or diced bell peppers. Ensure yogurt and sour cream are thick to avoid a watery dip. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3–4 days.
