Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 4 cups fresh broccoli florets Can use frozen if preferred.
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Plus extra for topping.
  • ½ cup cream cheese
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional: crispy bacon bits for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to ensure it’s ready for baking.
  2. In a pot of boiling water, blanch the broccoli florets for about 2-3 minutes until they’re bright green and slightly tender. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded cheddar cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, ranch seasoning, and salt and pepper. Mix these ingredients until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add the blanched broccoli to the cheese mixture and stir until the broccoli is well coated.
  5. Pour the broccoli and cheese mixture into a greased baking dish. Spread it out evenly.
  6. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese (and any crispy bacon bits if desired) across the top for an extra cheesy finish.
Cooking
  1. Place in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  2. Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, and serve warm. Enjoy!

Notes

For the best results, use fresh broccoli. Adjust ranch seasoning to taste and experiment with different cheeses. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
