  • - 1/2 tsp paprika
  • - 1/2 tsp salt
  • - 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • #### For the Parmesan Crust:
  • - 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • - 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • - 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • - 4 slices provolone cheese

Method
 

  1. #### Prepare the Chicken:
  2. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat.
  3. Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  4. #### Cook the Chicken:
  5. Grill or sear the chicken for 5–6 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Transfer to a baking sheet.
  6. #### Prepare the Parmesan Crust:
  7. In a small mixing bowl, combine ranch dressing, grated Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth.

  9. Place a slice of provolone cheese on each chicken breast. Spread a generous layer of the Parmesan crust mixture over the cheese.
  10. Place the baking sheet under the broiler on high for 2–3 minutes, or until the topping is golden and bubbling.
