Ingredients

  • - 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • - 2 tbsp olive oil
  • - 1 tsp garlic powder
  • - 1 tsp onion powder
  • - 1/2 tsp paprika
  • - 1/2 tsp salt
  • - 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • #### For the Parmesan Crust:
  • - 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • - 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • - 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • - 4 slices provolone cheese

Instructions
 

  • #### Prepare the Chicken:
  • Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat.
  • Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  • #### Cook the Chicken:
  • Grill or sear the chicken for 5–6 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Transfer to a baking sheet.
  • #### Prepare the Parmesan Crust:
  • In a small mixing bowl, combine ranch dressing, grated Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth.
  • #### Assemble and Broil:
  • Place a slice of provolone cheese on each chicken breast. Spread a generous layer of the Parmesan crust mixture over the cheese.
  • Place the baking sheet under the broiler on high for 2–3 minutes, or until the topping is golden and bubbling.
