#### Prepare the Chicken:
Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat.
Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
#### Cook the Chicken:
Grill or sear the chicken for 5–6 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Transfer to a baking sheet.
#### Prepare the Parmesan Crust:
In a small mixing bowl, combine ranch dressing, grated Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth.
#### Assemble and Broil:
Place a slice of provolone cheese on each chicken breast. Spread a generous layer of the Parmesan crust mixture over the cheese.
Place the baking sheet under the broiler on high for 2–3 minutes, or until the topping is golden and bubbling.
#### Serve:
Remove from the oven and let rest for 2 minutes. Serve warm with your favorite sides.
