Cooking
- In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the hot dog buns and toast them until golden brown on both sides.
Assembly
- Place a generous amount of the lobster mixture into each bun. If desired, add a leaf of lettuce or a sprinkle of diced celery for added texture.
