  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil

Preparation
  1. Preheat your waffle maker according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs, then mix in the milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.
  4. Create a well in the center of the dry ingredients and gently fold in the wet mixture.
  5. Pour an appropriate amount of batter into your preheated waffle maker and cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
  6. Carefully remove the waffle and repeat the process with the remaining batter. Serve immediately.

Notes

Ensure all ingredients are at room temperature for best results. If waffles lose crispness, reheat in the oven at 200°F (93°C) before serving.
