  • 1 can lemon-lime soda or lemon-flavored soda For a lemony flavor, use lemon-lime soda.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with non-stick spray or butter.
Mix Cake Base
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the lemon cake mix and melted butter until well combined.
  2. Evenly spread the cake mixture in the prepared baking dish.
Cream Cheese Layer
  1. In a separate bowl, mix the softened cream cheese with the lemon-lime soda until smooth.
