- Drizzle olive oil on each chicken breast and press into the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring it’s fully covered.
- Place the coated chicken breasts onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cooking
- Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the crust is golden brown.
- Once out of the oven, drizzle fresh lemon juice over the chicken.
- Top with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
