Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
- Gently unroll your can of crescent roll dough and separate it into individual triangles.
- Place about 1 tablespoon of the lemon cheesecake filling at the wide end of each triangle. Carefully roll it up, starting from the wide end and tucking in the sides as you go.
- Place the rolled crescent rolls onto a greased baking sheet, making sure to leave space between each one.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
Finishing Touches
- Once baked, allow them to cool slightly before dusting with powdered sugar or adding a lemon glaze if using.
Notes
Use room temperature ingredients for the smoothest filling. Don't overfill the rolls to avoid mess. Experiment with other citrus flavors too!
