- In a blender, combine fresh or frozen strawberries and a splash of simple syrup. Blend until smooth and strain through a fine mesh sieve if you prefer a smoother texture.
- In the same blender, add coconut cream, white rum, pineapple juice, and ice. Blend until creamy and smooth.
Layering
- Take a tall glass and pour in half of the coconut mixture. Then add the strawberry puree and gently swirl with a spoon. Finish off by pouring the remaining coconut mixture on top.
Garnish and Serve
- Garnish with a fresh strawberry or a slice of pineapple on the rim of the glass. Serve immediately and enjoy!
