Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, minced garlic, minced ginger, soy sauce, green onions, brown sugar, and breadcrumbs. Mix until well combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.
- Scoop out portions of the mixture and roll them into bite-sized balls (about 1 inch in diameter) and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cooking
- Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
- While the meatballs are baking, combine mayo and Sriracha in a small bowl. Adjust the spiciness to your preference.
- Once the meatballs are done, toss them in extra soy sauce if desired, and serve with the spicy mayo dip on the side.
Notes
Use fresh ground beef for the best taste; don't overmix the meatball mixture; store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days!
