Method
Cooking the Rice
- Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear to remove excess starch.

- Add the sliced King Oyster mushrooms and sauté for about 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown and tender.

- Mix in the soy sauce along with salt and pepper to taste, stirring well to combine.
Assembling the Bowl
- When the rice is ready, fluff it using a fork and divide it into serving bowls.
- Top the rice generously with the sautéed King Oyster mushrooms.

- Finish with freshly chopped green onions and a sprinkle of sesame seeds for added crunch.
