Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese and cream cheese.
Melting and Mixing
- Microwave the cheese mixture in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until it becomes smooth and fully melted (about 1-2 minutes total).
- Stir in the Italian seasoning and garlic powder until well combined.
Assembly
- Spread the melted cheese mixture out on a parchment-lined baking sheet, forming a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.
- Layer the pepperoni slices evenly over the cheese rectangle.
- Using the parchment paper, carefully roll the cheese and pepperoni into a tight log.
Baking
- Place the roll-up back onto the baking sheet, seam side down, and bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let the roll-up cool slightly before slicing into pinwheels and serving warm.
Notes
