Main Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup slices of pepperoni Main filling for the roll-ups.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese and cream cheese.
Melting and Mixing
  1. Microwave the cheese mixture in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until it becomes smooth and fully melted (about 1-2 minutes total).
  2. Stir in the Italian seasoning and garlic powder until well combined.
Assembly
  1. Spread the melted cheese mixture out on a parchment-lined baking sheet, forming a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.
  2. Layer the pepperoni slices evenly over the cheese rectangle.
  3. Using the parchment paper, carefully roll the cheese and pepperoni into a tight log.
Baking
  1. Place the roll-up back onto the baking sheet, seam side down, and bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  2. Let the roll-up cool slightly before slicing into pinwheels and serving warm.

Notes

Serve with fresh veggies or a dipping sauce like marinara or ranch. Can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days or frozen for 1 month.
