Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Wash and trim the zucchinis, then slice them into thick, fry-like sticks or wedges.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  4. Toss the zucchini sticks in a drizzle of olive oil and roll them in the Parmesan mixture until fully coated.
  5. Arrange the coated zucchini fries on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer, ensuring they are not touching.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, flipping once halfway through.
  2. Remove from the oven, let cool for a few moments, and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

For extra crispiness, soak zucchini in saltwater for 30 minutes before drying. Use freshly grated Parmesan for better flavor.
