  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
  1. Preheat your grill or air fryer to medium-high heat.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well incorporated, but don’t overwork the meat!
  3. Shape the mixture into burger patties, around 1/2 inch thick.
Cooking
  1. Place the patties on the grill or in the air fryer. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
Assembly
  1. Once cooked, place the patties on burger buns and top with your favorite condiments and toppings.

Notes

To ensure juicy burgers, don't overmix the meat and keep an eye on the cooking time.
