- Shape the mixture into burger patties, around 1/2 inch thick.
Cooking
- Place the patties on the grill or in the air fryer. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).

- Once cooked, place the patties on burger buns and top with your favorite condiments and toppings.
