Ingredients
  

For the pizza
  • 1 piece pizza dough
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Reserve half for topping
  • 1/2 cup sliced jalapeños (fresh or pickled)
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil For drizzling
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) to ensure the pizza crust gets beautifully golden and crispy.
  2. On a floured surface, roll out your pizza dough to your desired thickness and shape. Transfer the dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet or pizza stone.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, half of the mozzarella, sliced jalapeños, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix until well blended.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the rolled-out dough. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and cheddar cheese on top.
  5. Drizzle a tablespoon of olive oil over the top of the pizza.
Baking
  1. Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
Serving
  1. Remove the pizza from the oven, let it cool for a couple of minutes, slice, and serve hot!

Notes

For more flavor, consider adding diced bell peppers or spicy pepper jack cheese. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for up to one month.
