- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine shredded cheddar cheese and almond flour until well mixed.
- Add chopped jalapenos, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Mix until evenly distributed.
- Crack in the egg and stir until a dough forms.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the dough and roll them into balls. Place them on the prepared baking sheet, flattening each slightly.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
- Allow the crisps to cool on the baking sheet before enjoying them warm or at room temperature.
Notes
