Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 4 units large flour tortillas or medium, your choice
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup pesto sauce for spreading
  • 4 oz sliced salami
  • 4 oz sliced turkey or chicken
  • 4 oz provolone cheese or mozzarella, if preferred
Vegetables
  • 1 medium red bell pepper sliced thin
  • 2 cups spinach leaves or mixed greens
  • 1/4 cup sliced olives optional

Method

Preparation
  1. Start by laying out your tortilla on a flat surface.
  2. Evenly spread the softened cream cheese across the entire surface of the tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges for easier rolling.
  3. Drizzle a thin layer of pesto sauce over the cream cheese.
  4. Place slices of salami and turkey or chicken evenly across the tortilla, followed by slices of provolone cheese.
  5. Sprinkle on the red bell pepper slices and a handful of spinach or mixed greens.
  6. Carefully roll the tortilla tightly from one end to the other, ensuring all ingredients are enclosed.
  7. Using a sharp knife, slice the rolled tortilla into approximately one-inch thick pinwheels.
  8. Arrange your pinwheels on a platter and serve with toothpicks for easy eating.
