  • Icing and sprinkles for decorating (optional)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the eggs, almond extract, and vanilla extract to the butter mixture. Blend well until fully combined.
  5. Gradually add the dry flour mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until a smooth dough forms.
  6. Take small portions of the dough and shape them into desired forms (rings, twists, or special shapes for Easter).
Baking
  1. Place the shaped cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for about 15 minutes, or until they are golden.
Cooling and Decorating
  1. Once baked, allow the cookies to cool. Decorate with icing and sprinkles according to your creative flair.

Notes

Store leftover cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. For longer storage, freeze in a freezer-safe bag for up to three months. Enjoy thawed at room temperature without reheating.
