Preparation
- Wash the strawberries and blueberries under cool running water. Hull the strawberries and cut them in half. Peel the bananas and slice them into 1-inch pieces.
Assembly
- Take a skewer and start threading a half strawberry onto the bottom. Follow it with a piece of banana, and then add a blueberry. Repeat this pattern until the skewer is filled (about 4-5 pieces per skewer).
- Continue assembling the remaining kabobs until all the fruit is used. Feel free to alternate the order of the fruits for a fun unexpected twist.
Serving
- Arrange the kabobs on a serving tray or plate. They can be served immediately or chilled in the refrigerator for a bit before serving.
Notes
For extra flair, consider serving with yogurt or whipped cream for dipping. They pair well with BBQ foods and refreshing summer drinks.
