Preparation
  1. Start by preheating your grill to medium-high heat (about 375-400°F).
  2. In a small bowl, combine the garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Brush each salmon fillet with olive oil and lemon juice, then sprinkle the seasoning mixture evenly over the fillets.
Grilling
  1. Place the seasoned fillets on the grill, skin-side down.
  2. Cook for about 4-6 minutes on each side, depending on thickness. The salmon should easily flake with a fork when done.
Serving
  1. Once grilled to perfection, remove the salmon from the grill and serve with fresh lemon wedges and a sprinkle of chopped parsley if desired.
