Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley. Set aside.
- Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a circle, roughly 4 inches in diameter.
- Place a tablespoon of shredded mozzarella and a sprinkle of Parmesan in the center of each disk of dough.
- Bring the edges of the biscuit dough together and pinch them closed to encase the cheese. Roll into a ball, ensuring no cheese is visible.
Baking
- Place each cheese bomb on the prepared baking sheet. Brush them generously with the garlic butter mixture and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Bake for approximately 12-15 minutes until they’re golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving. Drizzle with extra garlic butter or sprinkle with herbs if desired.
Notes
These cheese bombs are great with dipping sauces like marinara or ranch. Consider serving them with a fresh salad for a complete meal.
