  • ½ cup unsalted butter Cold and cut into small pieces for crumbly texture.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the blueberries, granulated sugar, flour, and lemon juice. Toss until well mixed.
  3. Place your pie crust into a pie dish, trimming any excess.
  4. Pour the blueberry filling into the pie crust, distributing it evenly.
Making the crumble topping
  1. In another bowl, mix together the oats, brown sugar, flour, and a pinch of salt.
  2. Add the cold butter pieces and use your hands or a fork to mix until it resembles coarse crumbs.
  3. Sprinkle the crumble topping evenly over your blueberry filling.
Baking
  1. Place the pie in the preheated oven and bake for about 45 minutes until the filling is bubbly and the topping is golden brown.
  2. Allow it to cool for at least 30 minutes before slicing.
