Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, vegetable oil, and eggs. Stir until well mixed and smooth.
- Gently fold in the white chocolate chips and half of the sprinkles, reserving the remainder for topping.
- Spread the batter evenly in the greased baking dish, using a spatula to smooth it out.
- Top with the reserved sprinkles, then bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the edges are slightly golden and the center is set.
- Once baked, allow the bars to cool in the baking dish for about 10 minutes before slicing into squares.
- Serve these fun cookie bars at your 4th of July gathering and watch them disappear in no time!
Notes
For best results, don't overmix the batter. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or refrigerate for up to a week. Can be frozen for up to 3 months.
