  • 2 strips Cooked halal bacon strips
  • to taste Turkey or chicken slices
  • 2 slices Cheddar cheese slices
  • 3 tablespoons Mayonnaise

Preparation
  1. Start by gathering all your ingredients. Make sure the lettuce is washed and dried, the tomatoes are sliced, and the turkey or chicken is ready for stacking.
  2. Lightly toast the three slices of bread until golden brown.
  3. Begin with the first slice of toasted bread. Spread a generous layer of mayonnaise on top.
  4. Place a few leaves of lettuce and several tomato slices over the mayo-coated bread. Sprinkle a pinch of salt and pepper.
  5. Layer on the slices of turkey or chicken followed by the halal bacon strips. Then, add a slice of cheddar cheese on top.
  6. Place the second slice of toasted bread over the first layer. Repeat the toppings with more mayonnaise, lettuce, tomatoes, and your choice of protein and cheese.
  7. Top it off with the third slice of toasted bread. Press down gently to ensure everything stays in place.
  8. Use a sharp knife to cut the sandwich diagonally into halves or quarters, securing them with toothpicks if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy.

Notes
