- Start by gathering all your ingredients. Make sure the lettuce is washed and dried, the tomatoes are sliced, and the turkey or chicken is ready for stacking.
- Lightly toast the three slices of bread until golden brown.
- Begin with the first slice of toasted bread. Spread a generous layer of mayonnaise on top.
- Place a few leaves of lettuce and several tomato slices over the mayo-coated bread. Sprinkle a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Layer on the slices of turkey or chicken followed by the halal bacon strips. Then, add a slice of cheddar cheese on top.

- Top it off with the third slice of toasted bread. Press down gently to ensure everything stays in place.
