Preparation
- Brew the jasmine tea by boiling water and steeping the tea bags for about 5 minutes. Let it cool to room temperature or refrigerate until chilled.
- While the tea cools, prepare the strawberry puree by blending fresh strawberries until smooth. You can add sweetener to taste.
- In a large glass, layer the strawberry puree at the bottom.
- Pour the cooled jasmine tea over the strawberry puree, allowing the colors to mix.
- Fill the glass with ice cubes and gently pour in the milk (or non-dairy alternative).
- Stir gently to combine and enjoy! Optionally, top with whipped cream and crushed strawberries.
