Ingredients
  

  • - 10 oz frozen chopped spinach thawed and drained
  • - 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • - 1/2 cup sour cream
  • - 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • - 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • - 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • - 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional, for heat

Instructions
 

  • #### **Step 1: Prepare the Spinach**
  • Preheat oven to **375°F (190°C)** and grease a **baking dish**.
  • Squeeze excess moisture from the thawed spinach using a paper towel.

  • In a **mixing bowl**, combine **cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise** until smooth.
  • Stir in **garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using)**.
  • Fold in **spinach, 1 cup mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese** until well combined.

  • Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
