Slice the slider buns in half horizontally, keeping the tops and bottoms intact.
Spread mayonnaise and Dijon mustard evenly over the bottom halves of the buns.
Layer salami, pepperoni, ham, and provolone cheese on top.
Add banana peppers or pepperoncini, if using, for a tangy kick.
Place the top halves of the buns back on to form sandwiches.

In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, Parmesan cheese, and red pepper flakes (if desired).

Place the assembled sliders in a baking dish or on a sheet pan.
