  • 3 tablespoons hot honey adjust to taste
  • 2 packets ranch seasoning (or about 0.8 oz total)
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil can be replaced with melted butter for richer taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pat the turkey breast dry using paper towels to achieve a nice golden-brown crust.
  3. In a small mixing bowl, combine hot honey, ranch seasoning, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed.
  4. Coat the turkey breast generously with the hot honey ranch mixture, ensuring the seasoning gets into all the crevices.
Cooking
  1. Place the turkey breast in a roasting pan, skin side up. Roast in the preheated oven for 1 to 1.5 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  2. Once cooked, let the turkey rest for about 10 minutes before slicing.

Notes

Consider using a different honey or spicy honey variant for extra flavor. Keep the turkey covered with foil for the first half of cooking to prevent overcooking.
