Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Pat the turkey breast dry using paper towels to achieve a nice golden-brown crust.
- In a small mixing bowl, combine hot honey, ranch seasoning, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed.
- Coat the turkey breast generously with the hot honey ranch mixture, ensuring the seasoning gets into all the crevices.
Cooking
- Place the turkey breast in a roasting pan, skin side up. Roast in the preheated oven for 1 to 1.5 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Once cooked, let the turkey rest for about 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
Consider using a different honey or spicy honey variant for extra flavor. Keep the turkey covered with foil for the first half of cooking to prevent overcooking.
