Ingredients

Main ingredients
  • 2 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts Make sure they're of even thickness for consistent cooking.
  • 3 tablespoons hot honey Adjust according to spice preference.
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese For delicious creaminess.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Adds aromatic flavor.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil For searing chicken.
  • Salt and pepper to taste Essential for seasoning.
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish) Use for a fresh touch.

Method

Cooking Instructions
  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  3. In the last couple of minutes of cooking, add the minced garlic to the pan, allowing it to become fragrant without burning.
  4. Once the chicken is fully cooked, remove it from the skillet. Drizzle hot honey all over the chicken, ensuring it’s evenly coated.
  5. Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese generously on top of the chicken.
  6. Finish with a sprinkle of fresh parsley before serving. Enjoy hot!

Notes

Want to make it sensational? Adjust the hot honey for spice preference, and consider marinating the chicken in olive oil and garlic for extra flavor. Don't overcook the chicken, and substitute feta with goat or blue cheese for variation. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 3 months.
