- Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces, ensuring they cook evenly.
- In a bowl, combine hot honey sauce, soy sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Add chicken and let it marinate for at least 10 minutes.
Cooking
- Heat a pan over medium-high heat and add a splash of oil. Add marinated chicken pieces and cook for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Toss in selected vegetables and stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes until they just start to soften.
Serving
- In bowls, layer cooked rice or quinoa first, followed by the hot honey chicken and vegetables.
- Drizzle extra hot honey on top if desired and garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
