  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, grated

  • 2 pieces Green Onions, sliced for garnish
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds for garnish
Base
  • 2 cups Cooked Rice or Quinoa Use warm for serving

Method

Preparation
  1. Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces, ensuring they cook evenly.
  2. In a bowl, combine hot honey sauce, soy sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Add chicken and let it marinate for at least 10 minutes.

  1. Heat a pan over medium-high heat and add a splash of oil. Add marinated chicken pieces and cook for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  2. Toss in selected vegetables and stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes until they just start to soften.
Serving
  1. In bowls, layer cooked rice or quinoa first, followed by the hot honey chicken and vegetables.
  2. Drizzle extra hot honey on top if desired and garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
  3. Enjoy while hot!

Notes

Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor. Customize the heat level of the hot honey to your preference. Leftover chicken can be saved for salads.
